Fill seal 1800

The ILPRA FILL SEAL 1800 is an automatic rotary table machine with six stations, suitable to fill denestable cups with liquid and doughy products, even containing small solid particles (max. spherical dimension 12 mm3 ).  and to heat seal them with precut lids.

Its solid structure and the high quality of the materials used in the manufacturing allow to operate in wet environment such as the dairy plants.

All parts in contact with the product being filled are manufactured in stainless steel while the complete body of the machine is made out of stainless steel AISI 304.

The working area and casing are made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum.
